This low carbon initiative incorporates a low-temperature hot water (LTHW) loop with air source heat pumps (ASHP), ensuring energy efficiency and reduced impact. Parker Tower
This project features 76 residential units in London, equipped with fan coil units for efficient heating and cooling. The system utilizes a low-temperature hot water (LTHW) loop with heat interface units (HIUs) in each apartment, complemented by a combined heat and power (CHP) system a gas boiler for reliable energy supply. Innovative controls and metering technologies have been integrated to optimize performance and enhance energy management, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents while promoting sustainability.

Discover an impressive 15,000m² of modern office space located near St. Paul in London. This innovative building features a Variable Low Temperature Hot Water (VLTHW) loop, complemented by Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) for optimal climate control. With a variable flow ASHP system and a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS), this property ensures efficiency and comfort.
