Les Dryades

Urbain des Boix is an innovative project featuring 44 modern apartments designed with sustainability in mind. This low carbon initiative incorporates a low-temperature hot water (LTHW) loop with air source heat pumps (ASHP), ensuring energy efficiency and reduced impact. Additionally, the central ventilation and smart controls enhance comfort and convenience for residents Experience a harmonious blend contemporary living and eco technology at Urbain des Boix.

Parker Tower

This project features 76 residential units in London, equipped with fan coil units for efficient heating and cooling. The system utilizes a low-temperature hot water (LTHW) loop with heat interface units (HIUs) in each apartment, complemented by a combined heat and power (CHP) system a gas boiler for reliable energy supply. Innovative controls and metering technologies have been integrated to optimize performance and enhance energy management, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents while promoting sustainability.

Shelley House

Discover an impressive 15,000m² of modern office space located near St. Paul in London. This innovative building features a Variable Low Temperature Hot Water (VLTHW) loop, complemented by Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) for optimal climate control. With a variable flow ASHP system and a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS), this property ensures efficiency and comfort. The smart-ready infrastructure further enhances its appeal, making it a highly efficient choice for forward-thinking businesses.

Shorts Garden

Located near Covent Garden, this exceptional mixed-use building combines high-end residential living with modern office spaces. Designed with a focus on safety, it features an advanced fire protection system, including mist system. The building is equipped with a converged network system for seamless connectivity, alongside a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system and underfloor air conditioning (AC) for superior comfort. With an efficient Air Handling Unit (AHU), this complex exemplifies a commitment to sustainability and efficiency, making it an ideal choice for both residents and businesses.
